Did the hinge pins you got fit correctly or did you have to drill the hinge out to fit them? I did find in the VPW catalog new hinge pins (page 84) for $6.50 ea, but they are long and I guess are meant to be cut off.

As for the mounting of the hinges, I guess somehow I'll just have to reinforce the metal.
