rough runner

Help me please! I have a 1996 1/2ton 4x4
5.2liter and Iam having trouble with the fuel system.It gets really poor mileage, lacks acceleration,smell unburned fuel out of exhuast,driving down the road the tach fluxuates.I replaced the spark plugs, plug wires, o2 sensors, dumped fuel system cleaners in it and it still runs like crap, even changed the fuel filter.Also the check engine light has never come on. PLEASE HELP I need some advice on getting this motoer running smooth again...Any ideas let me know at mnreid@3rivers.net
