Moray Eel meat, so white, kinda stringy. But snakes don't have an inch of fat under the skin. Hmmm, now I wonder about rattlesnake cooked in Moray fat.....Gourmet meal anyone? I better go read up on 'methods of take' for reptiles. I do know I'll need a fishing license to take snakes and reptiles, but are guns legal, or do I need to use hook and line? And a hammer would help on the Morays, baseball bats don't hardly cut it, they are the toughest thing I ever did kill.
