I've had this go both ways, either real difficult or real easy. I found that the problems exsisted in worn out gears, tracks, rollers, etc. I would agree that the glass size could be a factor. Did you use new replacement channel run and guides? How about the rubber bumpers that go in the door body? These seemed to hold my glass up on occasion until some modification. How did they work before-This is what always troubled me when they where fine before restoration, but afterwords where worse. In the end, there's alot of trial and error, more patience and many other parts to replace. I love Power Wagons, but I could do without the glass jobs! Seems to be the biggest hang up for me! Let me know how it goes and give me a call-maybe youv'e tried somthing that I haven't! Chris
