If you have an ammeter, unhook one of the battery cables and place the ammeter in series (between the battery post and the cable). Start on a high ammeter setting and lower the settings so that you don't burn out your meter. There should be no amps drawn from your battery through the meter when the ignition is off. If there are, disconnect things one by one and recheck the meter each time.
