that you might take it to a professional (non dodge as you said you dont have a good dealer near you) for a pressure / load test? It appears that this problem is driving you to distraction and me to frustration as help does not seem to be forthcoming here. without the tools & testers & know how to diagnose the problem you are really at a loss to pin it down & most here would be at a loss to help you with. if its a major problem waiting to happen your running it around might make it worse. it would suck to learn too late that the symptoms are textbook signs of impending doom. especially if a qualified tech would have been able to help.
automatic transmission repairs are best left to the pros. i dont ever mess around inside those magic boxes.
