Norm. Denver was talking about bannnig them or have banned them I did not keep up with the topic. They have a problem similar to your neck of the woods. They built a city next to a mountianrange and smog settles. They smog cars on a annual basis there.I am glad that I moved to Lake county where we only smog at sale, I also get to impress the locals with the fact that I have both shoes and teeth! Steve
