windshield frames

Hi,my name is Curt and I am interested in making the lower windshield frame.I have a windshield frame all apart and I know this will not be easy. I am looking for suggestions,comments,ideas,good luck and everything that goes with it.
I have 27 years in the machine work and moldmaking industry. I welcome all comments, thankyou.
