Head to your friendly neighborhood salvage yard and get a starter for a '88 up 318 or 360. It's a Nippondenso torque reduction that's about half the size of a regular maopar starter but will spin your 413 about twice as fast. I've got three of these off of diplomats on 440's and they are fabulous. As far as the T-case goes, you'll have to find an early 70's on back 3/4 ton and aim for a 205, if you luck out and find the same wheelbase you ought to be able to use the driveshafts and all. The IH and chevys also use the (basically) same T-case if all else fails, but then you'll have to mess with finding U-joints to hook everything up.
