20" wheel with 8 lug pattern! Any such thing?

I'm building that 74 w300 and want to run 20" Mil treads. I measure them at about 44" overall height. I want the height, but I don't want tires 16" wide! Will my gears be low enough also? I'm running Dana 70's front and rear with 4.88 gears. Thanks.
