New Dodge Diesel Manual Tranmissions

I see there is both a 5 speed and 6 speed manual transmission offered
on new Dodge pickups with the Cummins engine. Does anyone have
a recommendation on these...seems like I saw sometime back that one
of these (both?) had reliability problems when coupled with the
diesel. I really don't want an automatic..what's the best choice?
