How Does a 251 Flathead Fit in a M37CDN?

Assuming the front sheet metal and frames on Candian M37s are dimensionally the same as the US M37s, how does the (allegedly) 2" longer 251 cubic inch engine fit? Is the radiator moved up? shorter fan and water pump? front engine mounts slightly different? firewall or tranny farther back?

Or will a 251 Spitfire engine drop right in a US M37 with minor mods?
