I guessed right. Here's the comments:
M-615 Dodge 1 ton Panel Truck. Unrestored. Used by the San Francisco Coast Guard. Minor Rust. Engine Runs. $3,500
The design is actualy an ambulance. I don't know if any were built stripped of ambulance interiors and sold as "panel trucks".
