I would make copies of the survival guide ONLY if Greg is unable to do so and he aggrees to my copying his book that he put a great deal of time into.
He should get a fee.
If Greg can not be found(I assume he is well), I will copy the info.
I see Moparnorm posted his book info. Lets see if Greg replies.
