Here is how I trained them years ago: Get all of the factory parts manuals you can find and do your homework ahead of time. For the 1959 W300M, try asking for the same part from a 1968 WM300, as long as you are sure it ws still the same part being used 9 years later. Depending upon the part you need, their information may not go back to 1968, 1959, 1951, etc. For the M37, try asking for a WDX-WM300 part, again if you know that it is indeed the same part used. I have found, depending upon their supplier catalog, I sometimes have to ask for an M37 part in order to get what I want for my '47 WDX. Also, if you can convince them to take the time to look up the information in their supplier catalogs, and they should have a complete set, they may find parts that are either not in their computer system, or too buried to find there.
