I was reading the specs on the new Mega Cab, without fanfare Dodge has dropped the IFS from the Mega Cab 1500 models, that's great news for those of you who want the real truck feel instead of a carlike ride. I also noted that the standard cab 2500 2WD models have also gone back to live axles and dropped the IFS. That puts Dodge back as the only truck offered with a solid front axle in 2WD models. Unfortunately the standard cab 1500 still has the IFS.
