Most Factory Service Manuals of that era have a complete engine section for the Poly.
Look for a "Technical Service Manual" series "S". You can get one from Bishko Books for around $85, or watch e-Bay for around $40. There are many other sources for these books, such as auto swap meets etc.

Gaskets and many parts are readily available at Napa. Specific parts have specific one location sources.
