Last one on right (passenger side) is Transfer: High/Low range.

High is forward, low is to the rear.

Next to it is the transfer: 2-wheel/4-wheel control.

Forward is 2-wheel drive.

To the rear is 4-wheel drive.

Both handles forward is 2-wheel high.
Both handles rearward is 4-wheel low.

The handles are mechanically interlocked by cast-in nubs on the handles, so that you cannot use 2-wheel drive in low range.

Unless you have lock-out hubs, and have them disengaged, the front drive shaft will always turn when the truck is in motion, and therefore, you cannot use that as a guide as to what is happening in the transfer case.

Next is emergency brake. Forward is off. Rearward is on.

Hope this helps.
