Need help re whether this is a W100?

Ebay item (4583973080) lists 1958 dodge 4x4. It's clearly a 4 x 4 but doesn't have the large front fender wells that I've seen on all w100's. Serial nos & vitals per seller is: 16w1l23161-5100-108-3600-1.1-chrysler 300-4-gvn-nproc-120-109-3600-1050-1250-10519138. Any expert advice would be appreciated. Also, is there anywhere to look to verify from these nos?
