Jonas, Praise God your son is okay. I just happend to be cleaning some of the garbage out of the cab of my 68 FF. It has factory installed seat belts. Since there are several post asking where and how to mount seat belts I took some pictures for reference. However shoulder belts like Pauls would be much better.
