dana 70's hub interchange?

will the 8 lug hubs and spindles from a 73 70 front fit on one of the older 6 lug 70 fronts with duals? want to convert to 8 lug single wheel and keep the low gearing. also the rear hubs interchangeable? thanks for any info ron
