He may have been afflicted by Alzheimers, but Reagan ran democracy the right way...hands on the military, and let that indefatigueable economy spool up...and the USSR crumbled as it could not keep pace with the USA's ability to make money!
If W's dad had the gumption to get Saddam with the first war we'd be in the glow of another economic boom!
