The 57 shortbox trucks got the narrow bed, which that is. The passenger side tail light lens looks like it might be original, though the drivers side tail light bucket looks like a 54-55 bucket/lens.

If it is not the original bed, then it is a 56 or 58 shortbed. In 1959 Dodge went to a 3 hinge wide tailgate on the shortbox, and in 1955 and older the bed rails were angled.
