i towed a command car with one. the trailer was fine, but my 1500 yukon wasn't strong enough in the rear for my liking. i did the trip from nh to boston without incident, but would have liked a bigger tow vehicle. the uhaul can handle the truck well, but you'd run into a problem if you had an accident. i believe that a purchased trailer rated to tow a m37 would not be as robust as the uhaul.
