Terry, I sent you some pics. Hope they help.
I used a grease pen on the door Jams. Like Mike said he used tape. Good too. But you have to mark them somehow. Make real sure you are correct, and have located the hole before you punch it. It is a real pain in the A** To do this. "Patience" is the key!
