carb to manifold gaskets

I am putting the rebuilt E7S1 carb on my '52 flatfender, and noticed that the carb kit has one gasket for the manifold to carb.
When I took the carb off, there were 2 rubber gaskets above, and two gaskets below a metal "spacer". Having this additional height originally helped with getting the nut on/off the back stud where room is very tight.
Should I reuse the old gaskets, or order more? Should I try and get by with the one gasket?
