The new GPS systems on Dodge, Jeep and other makes also work as tracking systems, similar to LoJac. Your new GPSM cell phones work the same way, Homeland Security (read Mac) was finding it too hard to tail guys the old fashioned way, it took too much time and got in the way of the bbq's.....= )
