It seems to be a series 3, which is unusual for a 100, but Dodge would give you anything you wanted back then, so I suppose a Forest Service truck would have been ordered that way because of fleet useage. If it has hydraulic lifters instead of mechanical (solids) lifters that will prove the deal. Good find!
