How do I ship an engine to Europe?

Hello everyone! I have a friend in Moscow, Russia with a 1945 Powerwagon.
I need to ship him a rebuilt engine which is presently in Wyoming. For those that have done something like this:
What is the best way to ship this engine? What packaging is required and who can do this?
