aaa - i did a chrysler marine altenator in my m37 / 360. my rebuilder suggested it as it is a one wire type, it has some protection from water, and it excites at a low rpm. it has two grooves in the pulley so that adding a ac compressor for air tools is easy. i did mine on a non poly engine, but the alternator would be the same in either case. you can use the stock brackets if you scrounge enough of them and mix and match.
