I broke one of mine last summer, all you have to do is send them (both) back to Superwinch and they send you a new set. Very nice outfit to deal with. Fairly cheezy product, tho. But, with the lifetime warrenty, who cares? Just put the drive flanges back on for the tough stuff!!
