I'd guess you'll need to convert to a serpentine belt, anybody done that yet? Alternator as reverse rotation idler maybe? Because you'll have a hard time getting a reverse rotation water pump ?

Power steering in place of generator, alternator top on pass side, A/C comp below alt, 20th century, here I come!
