you need to find a TRUCK tire shop
and then the budd split rim wheels are the
easiest of all to have serviced
although you could do them yourself (if you had the correct equipment + safety inflation cage) it is better to take them to a professional shop - best monies you can spend
will probably be a Goodyear or Michelin
HEAVY or Agricultural Tire service store
not a place with a showroom full of chrome
wheels!!!.
have them dismounted, wheels/tubes/flaps inspected and go from there
the Old Tire man
where are you located ??
go to Michelin or Goodyear truck tire site
and find a truck dealer
