Dodge WC62 farting/fuel problem

Hi, I am already balding but this is making it worse.
I have a Dodge WC62 which when the outside temperature is high 70's-80's farts and eventually stops running. When air is cold no problem...... I was told its electrical, so I changed all the electrical parts.
I have cleaned tank and fuel lines, new fuel pump.
Last remaining thing is the carb.... could it be that or does anyone have any ideas?
