dodge transfer case

I have a 1987 dodge 1/2ton,and was wondering what transfer case it should have in it?It now has a NP203 which i no is not right, someone took it out of a ramcharger.The truck has vaccum 4 wheel drive,which i think means it has automatic locking hubs?Some people say it should have aNP205 and others say a NP208 i am confused.Iknow a guy who has a NP205 out of a chevy im going to try.PLEASE HELP!!!!
