I bought a car in DE with Plate # 1475 I sold the plate for $3000 people were scrambling for it. At the time I lived in MD and couldn't keep it. I wonder what if I kept it. Oh and a low digit tag owner can buy a black and white version of the tag like a throw back thing. The governor has #1. It is a big deal around here.
