The best Fla. based Powerwagon I've seen so far is Hyram's Yellow Powerwagon. You will occasionally find some M37's for sale in Fla., but I have yet to see any flat fender powerwagons.
My advice is to spend the money up front and get one with a body which is in prety good shape. Rebuild it as your time and money permit. Give yourself a couple of years to complete.
We live in Oviedo, outside of Orlando and have a restored M37.
