Need help from painters

After getting a quote of $10,000+ to paint my PW, I have decided to do it myself. I have painted tractors before, but not glassy smooth sheet metal. The truck is in rough shape, and I have already cut out and replaced most of the rusted out metal. Can you walk me through the process, i.e. Sandblast, prime, filler prime, sand, paint, etc., in what order? What are the best tools to get, and can a 6hp 30 gal craftsmen compressor run a small 5 or 10 gallon sandblaster for more than a couple minutes? Thanks a lot
