even though i live in the city of camarillo, this area of town is considered county therefore a two story has to be 15ft from the property line, so i built the tallest single story i could (18ft) which aloud me to build 4ft from the property line and gave me two lofts for storage/ office. approving the design was a time and money consuming ordeal....
