251, Trans, PTO, Radiator for 200, Good Deal?

I'm debating picking up the rest of this 2 ton 49 Dodge cement mixer I've stripped for a couple hundred bucks. Engine turns free and is mostly complete...basically all the parts in the post subject. Does this sound like a decent deal?
