41 WC Warn hubs

I recently bought a set of Warn hubs for my 41 WC (thanks Sean) and have a question about installation. The stock drive flange has a bolt in the center that screws into the end of the axle. Is the inside half of the Warn hub held to the axle with that bolt and washer? There is a machined flat spot inside the hub that the washer fits into, and it looks like the axle position would be the same as with the stock flange. Also, do I use the same shim thickness as the stock flange (.052)?
