When I replaced the Dana 44's with Dana 60 front and Dana 70 rear on my Scout, it had a terrible death wobble. The culprit was the salvaged pitman arm wasn't tight enough on the steering box output shaft. A field manufactured spacer between the nut and the pitman arm let the nut come up tight on the arm and hold it tight - problem solved.
