....my dad said, sure, you can have one, go ahead and pay for it. So, I worked in a grocery store sacking groceries and worked in a scrap metal yard. The car I got needed work, but I worked on it with his guidance. He would not let me have any sort of loan.

Too many kids today have a roaring sense of entitlement.
