I am starting to get "sellers remorse". I am meeting the buyer in Wichita next Sat.
It's new home will only be about a 3 or 4 hour drive from Fairfield, so maybe I will see her at the next rally.
I think we have the right to be 'Power Giant Snobs'. Not many have tackled Power Giant restorations, so we have earned the right to be a little snobbish, don't you think?
