Those pages on the calendar do turn fast! It's a "go" on this end. The tents are arranged for, no problem. My friend "Philmont Ken" in Ohio expressed worry about the amount of trunk space for 10 of ya'll plus backpacks in 2 mid-sized rental cars. Maybe do a trial run at home in an equivilent size car just to make sure!
