I basically used PVC to make a rectangle on the ceiling and used 6 mil plastic as a curtain. My biggest concern was to not paint the outside of the house in exhausting the paint so I got two 4' duct fan units that was being removed from a school ($0) and put them under the garage door with 3 furnace filters (2 in front of fans 1 outside). I used swimming pool "noodles" to seal around them. The variable speed of the fans worked great when painting but I had to replace the front filter each time I painted (it did its job). The fan on the ceiling and another squirrel cage blowing down from the attic was used when blowing dust and I wanted to really move the air out fast. I also got a HobbyAir system from Len over on the Autobodystore site. Hope this helps.
