OTM???

Yesterday I had my tires dismounted from my rims(46 FF) and this morning was out with the Simple Green and alot of the strong arm cleaning the side walls up. LinK wanted to know how everything looked and suggest replacing the tubes and flaps for safty/mantianence.
I checked out the Kemper site for size of tubes but doesn't refer what size. The size of tires are 9.00-16 and 9.00-15 for tubes, is this correct?
Also the Simple Green isn't removing too much crud off the side walls, is there something better?
