Looseness in steering- Drag link ends tight?

I'll bet something has worn loose in the last 60 years. Have 'soldier #2' wiggle your steering wheel while you look at all the steering joints. Wiggle just enough to use up the play in the system. Make sure part B moves with part A of each joint/knuckle. Drag link ends and the steering box sector are adjustable. Or you may have a loose tie rod end to replace.
