I've been working on a set of headers for my TownWagon off and on for a while and yesterday after a full day thrash we have success. I bought a flange set on ebay for the poly 318 that included a set of short stub pipes that I used to mate up to the headers. The headers I used were given to me by a friend but we have no idea what they were intended for and after I cut off the flanges and tweeked the tubes they lined up. I had to extend the pipes by 2 inches but I was able to slide between the frame, winch pto and the starter. Since I already had dual exhaust it wasn't hard to connect to the collectors. Now the exhaust leaks at the manifold outlets are gone and it is quieter in the cab, I am anxious to see what they do for low end torque and any mileage improvements. I'll see everyone in Iowa and have a nice Memorial Day.
