Drafted 7/5/'67 I was trained as a medic and served 1968 in VN with the 1/50th Mechanized Infantry attached to the 1st Air Cavalry, the 4th Infantry for one month and the rest of my tour we were attached to the 173rd Airborne brigade. During '67/'68 (and perhaps for the whole war) we were the only
airmobile/mechanized unit in VN.

Did anyone serve with the 7/13th Arty around LZ Uplift or English? Or somewhere between An Khe, Qui Nhon or Bong Son?
